Jenny Gunnarsson

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Music Honours (BMus Hons) from University of Queensland and a Master of Speech Pathology (MSpPath) from Griffith University.
Jenny enjoys working with both paediatric and adult clients and has experience in the area of speech and language disorder and supporting neurodivergent clients and people with disabilities in achieving functional and meaningful goals. She is interested in the areas of voice, literacy, language and speech, providing 1:1 intervention to support clients across a range of service delivery models. As a multilingual clinician, she also has an interest in working with clients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
She approaches her therapy using neuro-diverse affirming practices and a strengths-based approach to empower clients, caregivers and educators, and ensures therapy is meaningful and relevant by collaborating on goal setting.
Jenny is a lifelong learner, and a member of Speech Pathology Australia (MSPA – CPSP). When she is not working, you can find her performing in a variety of choral ensembles, learning a range of languages or playing badminton.
