Belinda has over 20 years of experience working with children with communication and feeding difficulties. Belinda graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 1994.
Belinda has worked in Queensland in the educational setting, hospital setting, community health and early intervention settings with children with feeding and communication difficulties as well as children with additional needs and disability.
Belinda has a special interest and training in working with infants with feeding difficulties, children with sensory- motor feeding and mealtime management issues, pre-school and early school aged children, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Belinda has trained in the use of the SOS feeding program; Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS); Hanen Parent Training programs including It Takes Two to Talk, More Than Words, Target Word, and You Make the Difference; Key Signing, Sounds-Write, Wilbarger Therapressure Protocol and Triple P Parenting.
Belinda is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the children and families she works with.
