Cass is a trained teacher who has worked in classrooms and served on various leadership teams for over 22 years across different states of Australia and internationally. Having worked within multiple schooling systems, and most recently as a Learning Support and Inclusion Lead in one of Brisbane’s Independent Schools, her empathy, advocacy, and commitment to holistic and inclusive education have remained at the heart of her practice.

Cass provides guidance for families navigating mainstream schooling and supports our Speech Pathologists in developing their knowledge and understanding of curriculum and teaching methods.

Cass is a strong supporter of working collaboratively with allied health in education. Alongside our allied health team, Cass works to ensure best practice and inclusion strategies that are realistic, affirming and prioritise the mental wellbeing of our clients in their everyday lives.

Cass brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in education and is a creative problem-solver. She works effectively with teams to generate the best outcomes and enjoys the challenge of updating and improving systems to better service our families and clients.
